We work directly with manufacturers including Autel, Bosch, Launch, TopDon, Jaltest, OTC, Robinair, TEXA, and others to ensure our customers receive the full warranty protection they are entitled to.
Manufacturer Warranty Coverage
Manufacturer warranties generally protect against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and operating conditions. While specific terms vary by brand and product, a manufacturer warranty typically covers:
- Defects in materials or components present at the time of manufacture
- Defects in workmanship arising under normal, intended use
- Hardware failures not caused by misuse, accident, or unauthorized modification
- Replacement or repair of defective components at the manufacturer’s discretion
Coverage periods vary by manufacturer and product category. Refer to the documentation included with your product or contact us for manufacturer-specific warranty duration information.
What Is Not Covered
Manufacturer warranties generally do not cover the following:
- Normal wear and tear, including consumable components
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, or improper storage
- Damage caused by use outside of the manufacturer’s intended operating conditions
- Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or service performed by non-authorized parties
- Cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or broken connectors not affecting function
- Damage caused by power surges or use with incompatible accessories
- Software licenses, subscriptions, or update entitlements (see below)
Software, Subscriptions, and Update Entitlements
Software licenses, annual update subscriptions, and online service entitlements are governed entirely by the respective manufacturer’s terms and conditions. These are separate from hardware warranty coverage and are subject to the manufacturer’s current software policies. Please review the manufacturer’s software licensing agreement included with your product or available on their website for complete details.

Proof of Purchase
A valid proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. This includes your order confirmation, invoice, or receipt showing the purchase date and product details. We recommend retaining your purchase documentation for the life of the product.
Warranty vs. Return Policy
Manufacturer warranty coverage applies to products with confirmed defects in materials or workmanship. If you are looking to return an unwanted, unused, or incorrectly ordered item, please refer to our separate Return Policy for eligibility and instructions. The two policies are distinct and governed by different processes.
