At ADAS Calibration Tools, we understand that your equipment needs to arrive on time, in perfect condition, and ready to work. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping policies, delivery timelines, and freight procedures for large or heavy items.

Order Processing

Most in-stock orders are processed and dispatched within [X] business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed after [X:XX PM] local time or on weekends and holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship via major carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS for parcel-size orders. The available shipping methods and estimated transit times are displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and order contents.

  • Ground Shipping ÔÇö Standard delivery for most tools, diagnostic equipment, and accessories
  • Expedited / Express ÔÇö Faster delivery options available at checkout for time-sensitive needs
  • Freight / LTL ÔÇö Required for large or heavy items such as ADAS calibration frames, alignment targets, vehicle lifts, and other oversized equipment

Freight & LTL Shipments

Heavy or oversized items ÔÇö including calibration frames, target boards, and shop lifts ÔÇö are shipped via Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) freight carriers. Please note the following before your freight shipment arrives:

  • A freight carrier representative will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Ensure someone is available to receive the shipment during the agreed window.
  • Inspect all freight carefully before signing. Note any visible damage, shortages, or discrepancies directly on the delivery receipt. Accepting a shipment without notation limits your ability to file a damage claim.
  • If significant damage is apparent, you have the right to refuse the delivery. Contact us immediately so we can coordinate a resolution.
  • A loading dock or forklift may be required for certain large items. Please advise us at the time of order if your facility has access limitations.

Estimated Delivery Windows

Parcel deliveries typically arrive within [X]ÔÇô[X] business days from the ship date, depending on destination. Freight deliveries may require additional transit time. Delivery windows are estimates and are not guaranteed due to carrier capacity, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. Orders over $[amount] may qualify for free standard ground shipping on eligible items within the contiguous United States. Freight shipments, oversized items, and expedited orders may not qualify for free shipping promotions.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number directly on the carrier’s website to monitor your shipment in real time. For freight orders, tracking updates may be less frequent ÔÇö contact us if you have questions about a freight delivery in transit.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address. Address correction fees assessed by carriers will be passed on to the customer.

International & Remote-Area Shipping

We primarily serve customers within the United States. International orders and shipments to remote or non-contiguous areas (including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories) may be subject to additional shipping charges, extended transit times, and customs or import duties. Please contact us before placing an international order to confirm availability and shipping options.
